Why Florida is the Best State for Tourism

It is that time of year again when people are putting on their vacation hats and beginning their research or reserving their vacations, and it’s neither secret nor surprise that Florida is one of the most popular states to visit for vacations. It could be the warm sunshine that never seems to go away, or the wide variety of fabulous wildlife, or
quite possibly those white sandy beaches that stretch on for miles and miles and meet up with the crystal clear ocean just perfectly. The truth is there are so many reasons why Florida is the best state for tourism but we are going to touch on just a few with you right now.

The first place you think of when you hear the word Florida would probably be Walt Disney World, right? The place where kids can be free to enjoy being kids and adults get the chance to act and feel like kids again. The magic happens here for every one of all ages. You might also think of Miami Beach or even the Everglades some of the most popular names when it comes to Florida. The truth is Florida has so many sites to see, places to visit, historical sites to learn from and wildlife to enjoy that it is very difficult to say which aspect makes Florida the best state for tourism, but the one thing we know is that Florida is a very popular vacation destination, and we know this because the governor, Rick Scott said that in 2015 there were more than 105 million people who visited Florida!

Florida has such a rich cultural
diversity that you can experience many different things such as traditions, merchandise and even cuisine. The cuisine has to be the best around you have fresh seafood thanks to the surrounding ocean, Cajun food thanks to the southern roots, and even some very…unique items thanks to the diverse wildlife located here as well.

No matter what your likes or dislikes are when you travel to Florida you are bound to find something you enjoy because the state has so much to offer. Unlike other states where you have a beach or two on the coast and then nothing really anywhere else in the state Florida is just one fantastic adventure after another. The state is jam packed from edge to edge with historical sites, beaches, family friendly parks, wildlife, outdoor adventures like hiking and camping, boating, and so much more. The only way to really understand why Florida is the best state for tourism…go and visit and see for yourself you will be happy you did.
